Md. Shohel Rana having more than 11 years of experience in managing various businesses in Bangladesh. Now he is the Managing Director of Solid Edge Ltd. 

Solid Edge Ltd. Started its journey in the field of Construction Industry almost from scratch in the year 2025, waded through high waters and eventually occupied a coveted position in the forefront of Construction of Bangladesh through dedicated and concerted efforts of its technical personnel and professionals with overwhelming cooperation and goodwill from all our business friends at home and abroad. 

On behalf of the Board of meeting and on my own behalf as the Managing Partner of the Company, I take this opportunity to present before you a general portrait of the company, depicting the glimpses of our construction activities in Bangladesh. 

I take the privilege to extend my heartiest felicitations to all our Employers, Consultants, Joint Venture partners, Bankers, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors for their support and cooperation and to all technical and professional personnel of the company and last but not the least all employees of the company in general who rendered dedicated services for the growth and present status of the company. Mr. Rana obtained Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Bangladesh.

Born in 1991, Mr. Sadequl Islam is a BSc Civil Engineering Graduate from the Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Bangladesh.
